Newly relocated, TONI&GUY Bondi Junction offers a relaxed haven where clients can indulge in being pampered by one of our talented staff members that can offer advice on the latest hair trends and hair care, allowing you to evolve your personal style. All this, accompanied by a mix of drinks from our antique bar. Or leave the outside world behind and relax while our barista serves you a coffee of your choice accompanied by a sweet treat. The salon has extended opening hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Tuesday and late-night openings on Wednesday through to Fridays which means you can squeeze in an appointment after work. Or for even more flexibility TONI&GUY Bondi Junction are also open from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays.
TONI&GUY Bondi Junction opened its doors originally in 2001. After relocating, our spacious and calm salon is surrounded by a bustling environment of work commuters and passionate shoppers. The salon has come a long way and is currently under the direction of Sara Langford. She has been in the hair industry for almost 20 years and has owned and run boutique salons here and in London. Sara has a passion for colour and customer service. Our salon and brand ethos are to create a place where people love to work and clients love to visit.
The team at TONI&GUY Bondi Junction are highly trained and passionate about hair, always keeping themselves immersed and involved in the ever-changing fashion world, attending Art Team, working backstage and education nights fortnightly to maintain the highest standards of innovation, flair and creativity.
We are at the forefront of colour techniques, cuts and styling and cater every experience to suit our clients’ needs. Partnering companies GHD, Wella and label.m, assist in our delivery of premium service.

I started my TONI&GUY career in Leeds TONI&GUY 1998.
Colour was always what I enjoyed and my then boss also knew I had won a perming competition so being a technician seemed inevitable to be my destiny.
In 2001 I decided to travel with my best friend and a backpack and ended up on the shores of Sydney. Then the steps of TONI&GUY Bondi Beach for 8 years. I was approached during a seminar at the academy if I would be interested in being a technical educator and I jumped at the chance.
It was the most amazing scariest (presenting on stage in front of thousands of people) experience as Creative Technical Director for TONI&GUY Australia.
My job entailed travelling all over the globe and some crazy parts of Australia (on the smallest planes) educating hairdressers and sharing TONI&GUY newest collections.
Travelling to London every year to be part of the international collection launch.
Educating creative and classic course in our academy.
Educating our assistant’s.
This also led me to be a permanent member of the Wella colour Club (one of my favourite achievement’s) which was handpicked to bring together the most creative and best of the best technicians from around Australia.
My position within the colour club included products launches and lots of media and magazine work.
My achievements so far have included
– NSW hairdresser of the year
– Colour technician of the year, this collection was the most published hairdressing images ever all over the world.
– International image of the year
Now to my favourite part.. 2 years ago I was offered an amazing opportunity to be business partners in TONI&GUY Bondi Junction. Then another beautiful surprise my gorgeous baby boy.
I’m a mother and a Technical Director with 15 year’s experience in TONI&GUY and I have a feeling my journey is not about to stop.

I started my career in Brisbane before heading to Sydney where I continued completed my apprenticeship with TONI&GUY Pitt Street. From here I moved to TONI&GUY Bondi Junction to become a senior member as a technician. I have been with TONI&GUY for 17years & during my time at TONI&GUY Bondi Junction I have moved up the ranks from a technician to a Technical art director .
Beside working on the salon floor I am also an Educator in the TONI&GUY Academy which ranges from teaching the Varderers, teaching Academy courses to non TONI&GUY hairdressers, being an educator at our company Art Teams where TONI&GUY trained Technician’s learn new techniques and advance there technical skills. I also take part in educating throughout Australia with our company Franchise visits.
My Career highlights are being an educator for TONI&GUY Australia a Wella colour Club ambassador & member of the colour club.
During my time with TONI&GUY I have won 2 international judges awards for Loreal colour trophy & have finalised twice for Wella Trend Vision.
The biggest highlight for me so far has been being sent to London for our new collection launches & main stage where I prepped hair & worked backstage. The most memorable show was the TONI&GUY 50th year anniversary; words cannot describe how amazing the show was. Nothing beats the buzz & team work that goes on behind the scenes.
One of my personal interests is all things food, so I have created a food blog which keeps me busy for any other of the hours I have spare in my day.
My time with TONI&GUY Bondi Junction as enabled me to work creatively with a team in which we can bounce ideas of each other to ensure we excite our clients with new ideas & upcoming trends.

I started my TONI&GUY career in the summer of 2014 after living and training to become a hairdresser in the United States. Leeds was my next stop after becoming fully qualified and TONI&GUY gave me the opportunity to focus on the one thing I loved doing. Colour.
After an intense 10 week course for my vardering, I was an official TONI&GUY colour technician and it felt great. It was the most challenging but also rewarding thing I’d ever done and to finish it with a distinction was one of the greatest achievements I could ever ask for. Fast forward a year and I got the chance to become senior technician. When they say hard work really pays off, it’s true.
Currently, I have a full book of clients in addition to teaching our assistants in colour training. I recently took part in the Wella Trend Vision competition and got through to the regional finals with thanks to my gorgeous model who was not only my model but the most supportive person to have around me in such a nerve racking and exciting time. Two months ago I also was enrolled in the Wella Master Colour Program and after an intense couple months I walked away with another distinction.
TONI&GUY has given me so much support over the last two years and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the knowledge and education that it has given me. Thanks to all this, I am now so excited to start a new journey in the amazing Bondi Junction salon where I hope I will continue my journey. My aspirations are to become the best colour technician I can be and hopefully one day be able to travel the world teaching all the wonderful hairdressers out there that this really is the most satisfying, rewarding and amazing job anyone could have.

I started my journey with TONI&GUY when I was still at school as I was keen to learn from a young age. I started doing a few days a week to pick up as much experience as I could whilst I was still studying at school and before I could start my full time apprenticeship with TONI&GUY in London. I studied here for 3 years to then go on to becoming a stylist.
I joined TONI&GUY for their worldwide reputation and on going education the company provided. Working with TONI&GUY from such a young age I could see the benefits other team members had and could gain for myself.
Travelling is also a priority for me & knowing TONI&GUY was international I could travel with a career I loved as this was one of my dreams.
I arrived in Australia on a working holiday visa & starting working for TONI&GUY Paddington. From here I was given the opportunity to be sponsored by TONI&GUY Bondi Junction. I have now been at Bondi Junction for 3 months & are currently working on my moving up presentation to becoming a Style Director in November 2015.
What drives me is learning new skills & meeting new people from all walks of life, being with a company which excels in education is a great opportunity for me to learn and be the best I can be for both myself and my clients. Having a great team to work with is key to happiness and motivation in my work.

Growing up my mum owned her own hair salon. When I was very young I grew up watching her take care of her client’s & I was immersed in all the skills needed to become a hairdresser. From this point I was inspired by my mum to become hairdresser.
I started my apprenticeship with TONI&GUY Bondi junction in 2013
As a company TONI&GUY are very inspiring and passionate about their hairdressing which has enabled me to learn, grow & thrive within my hairdressing skills, especially with my passion in up styling & session styling. I have participated in the in house TONI&GUY apprentice competitions where I was runner up for the editorial section. My Goal is that I wish to travel the world with my career which is another great opportunity when working for TONI&GUY.
Working with the team at TONI&GUY Bondi junction I’m surrounded with people who support me and guide me to achieve all my goals. This is what keeps me motivated to become strong well rounded hairdresser.
